1. Acceptance
By accessing the Arogyam mobile application, website or related services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for a gym or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 require consent from a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate information, keep your mobile number and profile current, protect your OTP and account, and promptly report unauthorised access. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred.
3. Gym relationship and roles
Arogyam provides technology connecting users with participating gyms. Gym services, opening hours, trainer guidance, memberships and on-premise conduct may also be governed by the gym’s own terms. Features and access differ by role and gym configuration. We are not a substitute for the gym’s professional or contractual responsibilities.
4. Health and wellness notice
Workouts, nutrition information, challenges and progress tools are for general fitness and educational purposes, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning or changing a programme, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy or other health concern. Stop activity and seek help if you feel unwell.
5. Plans, orders and payments
- Prices, taxes, duration, inclusions and renewal terms are shown before purchase and are charged in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
- Payments may be processed by Cashfree Payments, app stores or another authorised provider. A purchase is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation and our confirmation.
- Some memberships or subscriptions may renew automatically where expressly disclosed and permitted. You can cancel through the channel used to purchase or contact support.
- Digital access may begin immediately after successful payment. Physical products are subject to availability and the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any mandatory app-store rules.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Services, impersonate others, submit unlawful or harmful material, interfere with security, scrape or reverse engineer the platform, exploit promotions, or use the Services for unauthorised resale. Owners and staff must only access member information for legitimate gym operations.
7. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it only as needed to operate and improve the Services. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
8. Intellectual property
The Arogyam name, software, design, content, documentation and related rights belong to Divisha or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.
9. Availability, changes and termination
We may maintain, update or change features and may suspend access to protect users, comply with law or address misuse. You may stop using the Services at any time. We or your gym may restrict an account for material breach, non-payment, security risk or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or fitness outcomes. Divisha is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits statutory consumer rights.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhilwara, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern promptly.
